Privacy & donor policy
We ask for as little as possible, protect what we hold, and publish how we use it.
What we collect
Contact details, geographic affiliation, country or heritage interest, programme and volunteer interest, event participation, donor status and communication preferences. Nothing more than is required to respond to you.
What we never collect here
We do not collect passport or identity-document details, DNA results or detailed genealogical records through website forms. Programmes that require documentation handle it through secure, staffed processes.
Donor privacy
We do not sell, rent or exchange constituent data. There is no public directory of donors or Leadership Circle members, and names are published only with written consent.
Payments
Card payments are processed by a PCI-DSS compliant third-party provider. Card numbers are never transmitted to or stored on this website.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Administrative access requires multi-factor authentication and role-based permissions, CRM access is restricted, forms are protected against automated submission, and data is backed up regularly.
Analytics & cookies
We use privacy-respecting analytics limited to aggregate usage. Where required, you can decline non-essential analytics without losing access to any part of the site.
