Diaspora Exchange places early- and mid-career professionals into reciprocal placements: African practitioners working with U.S. institutions, and diaspora professionals contributing to organisations on the continent.
Reciprocity is a requirement, not a value statement. Every cohort is balanced in both directions and every partner institution commits to a two-way placement.
